The Portuguese tactician is failing to get results out of his Tottenham squard that happens to have a lot of injuries and is low on confidence.
The 3-0 defeat that Jose Mourinho's Tottenham suffered on Tuesday against RB Leipzig saw the manager go six games without a win in all competitions which is his longest ever winless run in his career.
Across spurs's last six matches in all competitions, the have suffered four defeats and two draws as they have suffered with the injuries of their two main men in Harry Kane and Hueng-Min Son.
Due to the recent bad form, Tottenham's hopes of getting any silverware this season is gone or dead after they were knocked out of the FA Cup and also in the Chmapions league in the same week.
Spurs now face a huge fight to qualify for next season's Champions league with them sitting in eighth of the Premiere league with seven points behind fourth placed Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho has struggled since he replaced former spurs manager Mouricio Pochettino, with the club's 3-0 loss condemning him to a joint heaviest Champions league defeat and three consecutive losses for the first time in his career.

Marcel Sabitzer opened the scoring just after 10mins in the second leg before he added his second 11mins later to make it 2-0 as spurs found it difficult to come back after their 1-0 loss in the first leg of the competition, before substitute Emil Forsburg scored the third and final goal with an aggregate of 4-0.
Now Mourinho should try to get his team back to winning ways when his team host his former team Manchester United on Sunday in the premier league.
Spurs has had a rough patch lately, where Manchester United have started getting back into shape having denied to be defeated in the last 10 matches in all competitions.
